Double Stall

You will have a double stall at The Baby Fair, Spring 2024. This will include a 6ft trestle table to show off your business. You will also have extra space for a roller banner/advertising board. Perhaps this extra space will be helpful for small demonstrations or to show or a larger range of your products...

Quarter Page Advert in Event Guide

All attendees (and non-attendees) will be able to access a free online event guide via QR code (which will be on display at the event, as well as on social media ahead of the event). Exhibitors will be invited to design a quarter-page advert for your business to be included in the event guide.

Goodie Bag Insert

The first 100 guests will be given a free goodie bag that will include lots of information, discounts, free samples, and resources. You are invited to contribute a leaflet, sample, coupon, etc. to the goodie bag so guests will have a reminder of your business when they get home.

Full Screen Advert on Screens

We will have large screens throughout the venue, on which we will have rolling adverts for all of our exhibitors and advertising partners. You will be invited to design your own full screen advert (still or video - no audio) to appear on the screens throughout the event.

The cost of being a double exhibitor is £120.
